“Fun? Sort of. It’s hard work. You sweat, you get winded, you get sore, but you get results.

I’m a 59 year old man. I started out of shape. I could hardly do a pushup and doing a plank was out of the question. I would finish class so winded I could hardly catch my breath. I couldn’t do a lot of the exercises very well. I kept coming back. I was helped along the way. Slowly I could start to see results. Through modifications to the exercises I was able to achieve my goal of doing them the way everyone else was. I can now complete a class and I’m achieving my goals.

During my journey to getting back into my “skinny jeans” I was always encouraged. I was watched to make sure I was doing my exercise correctly so that I didn’t injure myself. I was never put on the spot because I wasn’t as fit as everyone else. I have always felt comfortable asking how to do a specific exercise even if I was asking during the routine.

I continue to recommend TBBC because they treat me with respect, do what they say they will do, never start late, get me out on time, continue to make the workouts effective, continue making the workouts different, but the bottom line is that I’ve seen drastic results in my health & body shape.
