“I just wanted to say thank you for what you do.
I took my APFT this morning for school and I did better in each event than I did in November. Your workouts make it so I don’t have to “run” to improve my run time, I don’t have to do sit-ups to improve my sit-ups, I get to do fun workouts that I get out what I put in (with motivation from you all pushing me)
This morning I did 40 push-ups (my max for my age) and could have done more, 57 sit-ups (still need to work on these but got 4 more than the last time), and ran a 17:17 two mile, scoring a 278 out of 300. I have never scored that high!
Thank you so much for challenging me and pushing me. I appreciate it more than you will ever know.”
